Utilising our gutter cleaning service is an easy and cost-effective way to prevent build-up in your guttering. Moss is the worst culprit for blocked and overflowing gutters; it will grow on your roof and can then get washed or blown away by the weather. Birds will also peck at it, causing it to roll down the roof and into your gutters. Once in your guttering, it rarely moves as there isn’t enough water flow to push it towards the downpipe. The problem then is if the debris goes into the downpipe, it can block up the drainage it leads into, ultimately causing even more problems.
People often think having mesh guards over the downpipe will stop guttering issues. In fact, all the mesh guards do is stop the muck from going into the downpipe and blocking the drain. It won’t stop the gutters from becoming clogged with debris and overflowing.

Having your gutters checked and cleaned yearly will stop all the debris from collecting in the pipes. Having an obstruction/blockage cleared from a downpipe or drainage system can be very costly, usually more than £100 for a simple drain jet.

You’ll be surprised how much debris accumulates in your gutters over the years. We can capture video and pictures of the cleaning process to show you the state of the gutters before and after. Videos and pictures can be emailed to you free of charge for your own records and peace of mind.
Prices for gutter cleaning start from £50.00. This is based upon two straight-length gutters, one at the front and one at the rear of the property. Bay windows and more complex gutters increase the price as they can be time-consuming, as having multiple bends where debris can back up.
Our gutter cleaning service is based around Bromley, Kent and the local areas. We cover the following local areas for this service: Bromley, Beckenham, W. Wickham, Hayes and Chislehurst. We can travel further afield, but we would have to factor in a travel time cost.
