We are not a jack of all trades, master of none. We don’t lay driveways, erect fencing, landscaping, or undertake pressure washing as a sideline. Our speciality is the cleaning/restoration of outdoor areas. We can, however, level a few driveway blocks, patch some broken mortar, and even replace broken deck boards. Our Philosophy
It is our belief that the upkeep of your exterior surfaces shouldn’t cost the earth. We pride ourselves in every job that we do. Our satisfaction comes knowing that we have provided an outstanding service at a fair price. We won’t turn up at your property and drag a cheap DIY style washer out the back of an old car. All our equipment is top spec professional grade van based gear that will greatly out perform any small washer that can be purchased at a local shop.
Equipment
At Dirty Drive-Away, we only use equipment that is up to the demanding job of high pressure cleaning tasks. By using the best equipment available, we can ensure the high standards for which we strive. Investing in the best possible equipment ensures we can give the best possible results.
The Beast – Our Custom Built 25HP 350bar 23LPM Washer
Our current pressure washer. A custom-built 350bar 23LPM machine, running a 25HP 800cc fuel-injected Honda IGX800 engine. We can adjust the pressure to suit different cleaning tasks, and can clean up to 70M away from the machine.
Ultimate Cleaning – The Falch Pointspeed 5
We endeavour to use the very best equipment available, and be at the cutting edge of modern cleaning methods. After investing in the best rotating nozzle, the Falch Pointspeed Regulation 5, when coupled with our 350 bar machine, it cleans up block paving like no other nozzle on the market. We are one of a few small companies in the UK that have one of these tools at our disposal.

Dirty Drive-Away can carry out almost all exterior cleaning tasks; if it’s dirty, we can clean it.
Driveways & Patios
Decking
- We offer a full clean and re-treat service; we take the hassle out of finding the time to oil your decking. We only use good-quality decking oils in your choice of shade. Please see our decking page for more info on this service.
Fencing
- Finding the time to stain your fence is never easy. Like our decking service, we offer a full clean and treat service. We will lightly pressure clean the wood, removing as much algae as possible. We can then treat it in your choice of colour. Please see our fencing page for more info on this service.
Brickwork, Walls, Railings
- Brickwork can suffer the elements too. We clean walls and railings/gates etc. too. It’s not uncommon for brickwork to need some chemical action to achieve the best results. Unfortunately, we can only clean to a height that we can safely reach from the ground. Therefore, we are unable to clean balconies or terraces in flats.

Pressure cleaning is a great way to remove old flaking paint before being re-finished.
Cost
At Dirty Drive-Away, we offer a complete quotation and won’t alter our prices once the work is complete. You tell us what you want us to do, and we will personalise the quote to your requirements. Unlike some companies, all our block paving quotes are inclusive of re-sanding.
